Support

The ADS CarePlan is the corner stone of its unique philosophy. The term maintenance often misleads computer users to believe that when hardware problems occur a technician arrives waving a magic wand, but in reality he is only obliged to "appear on site" within the contracted response time. Thus, customers are often left for days even weeks whilst parts are ordered. The software, which is the hub of the system, is often not supported by hardware maintenance contracts and often entails many hours of study and work by the customer to keep his system going. This is totally unacceptable to us. We do everything under our care plan, which means if the equipment or software cannot be repaired quickly, then a replacement is left with you, allowing you to carry on your business without any lost time.
